We use current software that offers precise and quality results. All of our engineers are proficient with the following softwares:

LASER CUTTING
We use high quality Mitsubishi and Mazak machines.
Laser cutting capabilities are from .003 shim stock to .75 steel plate. We can service any size sheet material up to 60" x 144".
- Mild Steal Laser Cutting .005-.750 thick
- Aluminum Laser Cutting .005-.375 thick
- Stainless Steel Laser Cutting .005-.500 thick
CNC TURNING
From a simple Washer to high tolerance Precision Turned parts here at Metro Stamping, quality is our first concern. We are capable of making the smallest screw to a 14" diameter flang. Our wide range of capabilities allows us to fully service our customers' needs.
CNC MACHINING CENTERS
We offer a wide range of machines that are capable of 3, 4, and 5 axis machining.
CNC PRESS BRAKES
Our capabilities range from 2' 2 axis 20-ton up to 14' 3 axis 250-ton. This allows us to service a wide range of materials and needs for our customers. 
CNC PUNCHING
Capable of punching 30-ton
Sheet size: 60" x 120"
METAL STAMPING
We can punch press from 5-ton to 250-ton. Our machines allow us to punch up to 96" wide blanks.
WELDING
Our capabilities consist of Mig, TIG, & Stick.
Our technicians are certified in most types of welding.
FINISHING
From a Vibratory Deburring Machine to a 36" Timesaver.
